Our story
VMC Consulting was born from years of experience inside schools — as a teacher, instructional coach, and school leader. Founder Vanessa saw first-hand how much coaches and administrators were expected to do, and how little targeted support existed to help them do it well.
That gap became the mission. VMC Consulting partners with instructional coaches and school-level leaders to build the skills, systems, and confidence they need to drive meaningful, lasting change — not just for a season, but for the long term.
Today, VMC Consulting works with educators across the country, delivering coaching, professional development, and leadership support that meets people where they are and moves them forward.
